- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dropped package off, needed receipt for work (required), lady named Heidi refused to give a receipt, said "we don't do that anymore." What would you do Heidi, If Target refused to give you a receipt? Or the grocery store etc... FedEx and the Post Office give me a receipt, and why are you telling me you are not UPS, and if I want a receipt, I have to drive to the main UPS location and formally request one? Poor, poor, customer service, and an even worse attitude. Do not recommend. (Sure would've been nice to have the tracking number for work.
